Instead, they will be taking the best casks available and releasing a blended grain whisky each year on a limited basis under the Hedonism name.

Comme en 2024, je fais un pas de côté avec cet épisode dans le cadre du Podcasthon. Le Podcasthon c’est cette opération qui réunit des centaines de podcasteurs en France ainsi qu’à l’étranger et qui permet de mettre en avant des associations. Cette année, je mets à l’honneur l’association Les Invincibles . Créée en juin 2023, ses membres mènent des actions pour aider des malades atteints de SLA. SLA pour Sclérose latérale amyotrophique ou encore maladie de Charcot. En plus du soutien aux personnes atteintes, ils financent directement la recherche pour comprendre la maladie et développer des traitements. Pour mieux comprendre tout ça, j’ai rencontré le président de l’association et sa femme, Ludovic et Clarisse Besombes. Ludovic est lui-même atteint de la maladie (ayant perdu l'usage de la parole, il communique maintenant grâce à un ordinateur) et avec Clarisse ils font un travail de titan que je suis très heureux de partager avec vous aujourd’hui. In 1962 Egidio Corradi, a Genovese businessman, purchased the farms to grow grapes and make family wines. His daughter, Paola de Ferrari Corradi expanded and established the winery with her late husband. Paola’s sons, Luca and Nicolò now work with her. Boscarelli produces acclaimed Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG red wines. Another standout is its Famille Occhio di Pernice Vin Santo DOC.
