Three Choirs Classic Cuvée
A slightly different English sparkling wine, from a vineyard in Gloucestershire established in 1973, a blend of Seyval Blanc, Phoenix and Pinot Noir. I found it very redolent of the English countryside - particularly orchards and hedgerows. Knightor Vintage Cuvée 2014
Tasting a fairly venerable English sparkling wine from Cornwall on a warm spring day in the woods. Over a decade old, it has spent 8 and a half years aging on the lees, then a few more on the cork. Really enjoyed by time spent in the woodland today, and was treated to a visit from the fox. Rathfinny Mini Cuvée 2023
Tasting the latest vintage release of Rathfinny's innovative "Mini Cuvée" - which comes in 50cl bottles, rather than the more usual 750ml (or 375ml) size formats. STILL English wine - Davenport Redmoors Pinot Noir 2022
Another still red English Pinot Noir from Davenport. In the woods again, but this time it's even darker! This video is, videographically speaking, a trainwreck - the lighting conditions were awful, and I seem to have managed to break another lav mic, so I had to fall back to the internal microphone on my camera. Which isn't great, but I attempted to remove some of the background noise during editing. So the video both looks and sounds bad, and the wine isn't strictly relevant to the channel, not to mention the channel is already an incredibly niche interest.
