Eigentlich das klassische Jute-statt-Plastik-Leben der 80er: Anti-AKW, Geschichts- & Politikstudium, Müsli. Nur Dachfenster montieren im Akkord passt da vielleicht nicht ganz so gut. Auf jeden Fall ist Peter ein echter Pionier, hat viel gesehen und viel zu erzählen. Getrieben wird er von der Neugier, neue Weingüter zu finden und Länder, Weine und Menschen kennenzulernen. Inzwischen gibt es viele Eigenabfüllungen und eigene Weinprojekte in seinem Programm, immer mit dem Hintergedanken, gute Weine zu fairen Preisen ins Regal zu bringen. Und wie jeder gute Deutsche mit Bio-Background hat er natürlich auch ein Pfandsystem erfunden, na logo. Using inexpensive honey found in the honey bear container. I'll start the process of making 1 gallon of honey bear mead. Ingredients: (4) 8 oz containers of honey (2) Oranges (1/4) lemon (Optional) ( 1) gallon of filtered water During the first 3 days give your musk a good stir, and to break up the fruit cap that will form if you are not using straining bags. Rack into secondary after 5 - 7 days, and continue to rack every 8 - 12 weeks until clear. Degas, back sweeten, bottle let age for at least 12 months total frpm start to finish.
