podcast· 16:35185. Is Moderation Possible?
Is moderation even possible—or are you just setting yourself up for disappointment? In this week’s episode of 90 Days Later, I’m breaking down the truth about moderation, why it works for some and not others, and how to know if it’s the right path for you. Spoiler: it’s not about being “good enough” to control your drinking—it’s about understanding why you want to, and building self-trust from the inside out. We’ll talk about what moderation really takes, the mindset shifts that make it easier, and why some clients eventually choose to leave alcohol behind altogether—on their own terms. Whether you’re cutting back, taking a break, or somewhere in the messy middle, this episode will remind you that your journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. You don’t need a crisis to make a change. You just need a willingness to listen to that quiet voice that says, “This isn’t working anymore.” 👉 If that voice is getting louder—and you’re ready for real support—book a free call and let’s ta

videoIf you think wine tasting is intimidating watch this #short
Think wine tasting is intimidating? It doesn’t have to be! STEP 1: LOOK “First—look at the wine. Check the color and clarity. Lighter usually means fresher and brighter, darker often means richer.” STEP 2: SWIRL “Give it a swirl. This helps release the aromas—and yes, it’s okay if you spill a little.” STEP 3: SMELL “Now smell. Take a few short sniffs. Think fruits, flowers, spices—not ‘good’ or ‘bad.’ There are no wrong answers.” STEP 4: TASTE “Take a sip and let it coat your mouth. Notice three things: Sweetness, acidity, and texture.” STEP 5: FINISH “Swallow and see what lingers. Does the flavor disappear quickly or hang around?” CLOSING “That’s it!" #winelibrary #garyvee #instawine #ilovewine #drinkmorewine #wineoverwater #savewaterdrinkwine #wineeveryday #winesnob #winenerd #love #wine #cork #uncork #winebottle #cheers #🍷 #winestagram #winelover #winelovers #winesofinstagram #winelife". 📍 Shop Wine Library (Springfield, NJ & Online at https://winelibrar

The perfect wines to drink with Christmas pudding
The perfect wines to drink with Christmas pudding Whether you opt for Christmas pudding, the very traditional finale to Christmas dinner in the UK, or something equally rich and sweet, what are the perfect wines to drink with Christmas pudding? This blog post looks at which wines will complement your dessert whether it be plum pudding, mince pies, panettone, trifle, chocolate cake or cheese. You could also look at my wine suggestions to serve with main courses at Christmas. The main aim for the main course and for desserts should always be to match the weight of the dish with the body of the wine. It will actually help to avoid creating an acidic or sour taste in the mouth. Of course the sweet wine must have good acidity too as that will also stop the comb
