A cooler, longer ripening season gave this vintage everything you want from a traditional Australian Cabernet. Big black and blue fruits. Crushed menthol. Rich, vibrant and fresh all at once. Sourced from the Follett Family Vineyards in Langhorne Creek. Two single blocks: Gum Tree and 44R. Picked in the cool of the evening. Long, slow skin contact before ferment. 18 months in predominantly American oak with around 20% new. A wine with serious depth, fine tannin structure
