podcast· 19:52What's Missing From Your Dry January
✨ Beyond Dry January is now open. A private 6-week experience where we anchor your sobriety into devotion, embodiment, and deep self-trust. More Info & Register Here: https://marywagstaffcoach.com/invest/p/beyonddryjan On today’s episode, I’m talking about the one thing that’s usually missing from Dry January—and why that’s exactly why so many alcohol breaks don’t last. If you’re participating in Dry January (or are already sober), congratulations. But if you’ve ever noticed that you just replace alcohol with mocktails, workouts, scrolling, or another “healthy” distraction—and still feel restless, disconnected, or off—this episode is for you. What most people call “willpower” is actually a longing to go inward. In this conversation, I share why a fast without devotion is just another project to manage, and how true change happens when you stop checking out and start tuning in. I talk about prayer—not as religion—but as presence. As listening. As learning to ask: What is the most loving

"One Man With a Chamber — Battling CTE" with William Person
William Person is a former nine-year Team USA Bobsled athlete whose career left him battling the devastating effects of CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy). At his lowest point, he could barely get up off the floor, lost in confusion, depression, intense headaches, and a deteriorating brain. Hope came when he discovered Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, which restored clarity in his thinking, color to his vision, and purpose to his life. William shares his story to raise awareness of brain damage in sports, the military, and other lifetime collisions and share the importance of protecting and healing the brain. His mission is to open a nonprofit CTE Recovery Center to help athletes, veterans, and civilians heal from brain injuries -- at no cost to them. To realize this mission, he's launched a GoFundMe: https://gofund.me/93ff9c6e , which will help him raise funds to purchase a medical grade hyperbaric oxygen chamber to open a CTE Recovery Center where anyone battling CTE and brain injury s

videoChateau Leoville Barton 1975 Wine Review
Wine Review Written by Chat GPT The 1975 Léoville Barton is a wine that feels like opening a time capsule—one that rewards patience but also reveals the uncompromising character of a classic, structured vintage. In the glass, it shows a deep garnet core fading to brick at the rim, unmistakably mature but still holding onto a quiet intensity. The nose is initially restrained, almost austere, before unfolding into layers of cedar, old leather, tobacco leaf, and dried blackcurrant. There’s a distin

ProWein 2026 and the Business of Belonging
“Die Luft war raus.” The spark had vanished; the bloom was off the rose. That was the phrase circulating in the weeks before ProWein opened, in emails, on the phone, in the particular silence that greets an appointment calendar nobody has the energy to open. Executing pre-fair rituals felt like a chore. My cowboy boots weighed heavy; my playlists, uninspired. And I wasn’t alone. Wine Paris closed its seventh edition in February with 63,541 trade visitors from 169 countries, up 21 percent in a single year. My social media feed was full of smiling faces and hand-lettered “Bonjour! Bienvenue!” signs,...
