Sabrina is now on the 3rd vintage of Ruby Blanca, making wine in Richmond and working with mostly Italian varieties including Ribolla Gialla, Barbera and Nero D'Avola. Sourcing grapes from Lodi, Sonoma and Mendocino these are great food wines. We discuss Sabrina growing up in Miami and Colombia, bouncing back and forth from New York and California to work harvests, working with the 280 project, hybrid grapes, and art. I hope you enjoy.
