Dingle Vodka – New Bottle
Dingle Vodka has gotten a new look for 2026, but the Vodka is as great as ever. Dingle Irish Vodka was one of Dingle distillery’s first product. Before the whiskey and before the gin there was Dingle vodka. What makes this vodka so unique and unusual is the fact that it is quintuple distilled. The fifth distillation creates the finest purest spirit. As with all their products, Dingle use water from a local well to create their masterpieces all of course in small batches. If you have never tried an Irish vodka, this would be a great starting point.

Garden County Limited Edition 9 Year Old PX Cask
Garden County Limited Edition 9 Year Old PX Cask is the inaugural release in Garden County's Fortified Wine Cask. This release begins in Spain with a 9.5-year-old Pedro Ximénez sherry cask finished single pot still Irish whiskey. Initially matured in bourbon casks, the whiskey spent its final 9 months finishing in a PX sherry cask, developing a rich and fruit-forward profile with notes of sultanas, prunes, gentle caramel sweetness, and layered sherry-cask depth. Distilled in 2016, the whiskey was produced using a distinctive mash bill of 62% malted barley and 38% unmalted barley — a recipe used only in that year before production moved to a 50:50 ratio. With just 294 individually numbered bottles yielded, this first release is a highly limited expression and a unique example of modern Irish single pot still whiskey. To celebrate the individuality of the series, Garden County Distillery will collaborate with a local artist on each release, using the bottle label as a canvas to interpret

McConnell’s Cognac Cask Finish
McConnell's Cognac Cask Finish is the grand finale of the 5-Year-Old Series, embodying the most premium expression in this range. A blend of Irish Malt and Irish Grain Whisky, it is aged for five years in first-fill Bourbon casks before being finished in exceptional Cognac casks handpicked by Master Distiller Graeme Millar. This rare finish in Irish whisky reveals rich notes of candied lemons, dried pineapples, and a lingering ginger spice. The Cognac casks, specially selected by Millar, play a crucial role in shaping the whisky’s character. The oak enhances the interaction between the whisky and the cognac-infused staves, resulting in a delicate and floral flavor profile. Cognac itself is a French brandy crafted from distilled white wine and matured in oak barrels, celebrated for its smooth texture, rich flavors, and complex aromas. Bottled at 46% ABV.
