videoOuter Banks’ Cast Tries Seafood (Luxury vs. Budget) | Food & Wine
'Outer Banks' stars Madison Bailey and Carlacia Grant put their taste buds to the test in a blind tasting challenge featuring luxury vs. budget seafood, the perfect menu for two Pogues who spend plenty of time by the water–or is it? In this episode of Taste Off, the Kiara and Cleo actors sample expensive and affordable versions of coconut shrimp, white wine, smoked oysters, caviar, and cocktail sauce to see whether the pricier pick really tastes better. But while Carlacia, a known foodie, is versed in everything from the many types of caviar to fresh-shaved horseradish, Madison admits seafood isn't exactly her comfort zone, raising the stakes every time a new plate arrives. "There's no better time to try something new than now... on camera," Madison jokes, while Carlacia reveals her go-to caviar hack. Along the way, they share plenty of laughs, try some new things, and discover which bites are one-and-done and which are going straight into their rotation. Timestamps: 0:00 — Madison B

videoHe Bought a Vineyard online — Now He's One of Piedmont's Most Exciting Winemakers
What if you knew nothing about wine, had no family tradition, and bought your first vineyard on a classifieds website? That's exactly how Giuseppe started Val di Sole. We visited him in the Roero — Piedmont's lesser-known but extraordinary wine region across the Tanaro from Barolo — to hear the full story: a weekend hobby that slowly took over, ancient sandy soils, forgotten grape varieties, and a winemaking philosophy built entirely on curiosity rather than convention. In this video: 🍇 How a half-hectare vineyard bought on Subito.it became a full winery 🌿 Why Giuseppe refuses to follow the DOC rulebook 🍾 Moscato Nero vinified dry — a variety almost nobody has ever made this way 🐠 The other job nobody would guess (watch to find out) 🌡 How he's adapting to increasingly brutal Piedmontese summers 🏚 A piola lunch in Neviglie Val di Sole makes wines that are genuinely hard to categorise — and that's entirely the point. --- 📍 Val di Sole is based in the

6 Must-Try Fall Cocktails Featuring 1921
Fall isn’t about slowing down — it’s about turning up the volume on flavor. The nights get cooler, the drinks get bolder, and somewhere between smoke and citrus, something wakes up inside you. This season, we’re doing it our way — teaming up with 1921 , a tequila born of craft, culture, and a healthy disregard for the ordinary. These cocktails aren’t for sipping politely; they’re for tasting, feeling, remembering. Each one tells a story — of fire meeting fruit, of agave taking unexpected turns, of fall refusing to play it safe. 1. CASA Negroni 1921 Tequila Blanco · Campari · Byrrh Quinquina · Rhubarb Liqueur · Luciano Amaro · Toasted Coconut Foam Classic? Not quite. Reinvented? Absolutely. Mixed. up by Nathan McCullough , this Negroni goes rogue and came back with stories. Bitter, sweet, strange, and beautiful—like most good things in life. The toasted coconut foam adds an almost sinful softness, the kind that makes you question what else you’ve been doing wrong all these
