In the glass, it shows a deep garnet core fading to brick at the rim, unmistakably mature but still holding onto a quiet intensity. videoBeaujolais - the new Burgundy?
I attended a trade seminar at the Vancouver International Wine Festival 2026 on Dig Into the Diversity of Beaujolais. The speaker was Iain Philip, who is a notable speaker on this subject. Iaia went through the most significant of the 10 Cru appellations in Beaujolais. I would hightly encourage viewers to attend seminars offered at any wine festival as that is where the real learning occurs for people who want to gain more wine knowledge.
