The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) is extending the deadline for TWO of your required tax reports from January to April! Those two reports are: 1. The Wine Grower Tax Report (normally due: 1/15 ~ NOW due: 4/15) 2. Sales and Use Tax Reports (normally due: 1/30 ~ NOW due: 4/30) A gift from the CDTFA to give us all a little break!

The TTB is about to release an udpate to their Permits Online system. After this update any US wineries that obtained their TTB permit before 2011 will now be able to access their permit application file online.

US wineries- If your TTB permit was originally issued before 2011 you can now set up access to your entire permit file via their online platform, Permits Online. This is really good news for all of you since it means you no longer have to submit any amendment applications via hard copy, snail mail!
