CDTFA extends the due date for 2 winery reports
ATTENTION: California Wineries Holding an ABC 02 License! Some GOOD NEWS! The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) is extending the deadline for TWO of your required tax reports from January to April! Those two reports are: 1. The Wine Grower Tax Report (normally due: 1/15 ~ NOW due: 4/15) 2. Sales and Use Tax Reports (normally due: 1/30 ~ NOW due: 4/30) A gift from the CDTFA to give us all a little break!
