videoThree Choirs Classic Cuvée
A slightly different English sparkling wine, from a vineyard in Gloucestershire established in 1973, a blend of Seyval Blanc, Phoenix and Pinot Noir. I found it very redolent of the English countryside - particularly orchards and hedgerows. Bought from Grape Britannia: https://www.grapebritannia.co.uk/product/three-choirs-vineyards-classic-cuvee-brut-nv/
videoKnightor Vintage Cuvée 2014
Tasting a fairly venerable English sparkling wine from Cornwall on a warm spring day in the woods. Over a decade old, it has spent 8 and a half years aging on the lees, then a few more on the cork. Really enjoyed by time spent in the woodland today, and was treated to a visit from the fox. videoRathfinny Mini Cuvée 2023
Tasting the latest vintage release of Rathfinny's innovative "Mini Cuvée" - which comes in 50cl bottles, rather than the more usual 750ml (or 375ml) size formats. I bought from Bottle Apostle, and it was a bit of a surprise find - for some reason this vintage isn't yet listed on Rathfinny's website, and it seems to have been released quietly to just a few wine merchants without much fanfare. https://www.bottleapostle.com/wine/mini-cuvee-50cl-120841.html
videoHarrow and Hope Pinot Meunier 2019
Bought from Jeroboams in Hampstead, I think it was something like £38.

videoRathfinny Rosé 2019 (Again!)
Revisiting a wine I last tasted on video about 18 months ago. It's the same vintage but the disgorgement dates would have been different, and one way or another this is a more aged version of the wine.
videoRoebuck Rare Expressions No 19 (and some homemade sushi)
A rather pricey English sparkling wine, bought on a whim, to accompany some very messy homemade sushi, in the woods. Bought from Amathus Drinks: https://www.amathusdrinks.com/roebuck-estates-rare-expressions-no-19

Wiston Estate's first ever commercial vintage - 2009 - from which some wine was held back, and aged on the lees for an incredible 13 years, to make this special "library collection cuvée" wine. I bought my bottle directly from Wiston: https://www.wistonestate.com/product/library-collection-cuvee-2009/
