A few weeks ago, I shared a Post & Vine Carignane from Contra Costa County that reminded me just how compelling this underappreciated grape can be. This week, I opened another bottle, this time from Mendocino County’s historic Testa Vineyard. I was once again impressed by the character and versatility of Carignane.
