Dalla storica vigna del 1975 a Frascati, zona Vermicino, nasce Mt 2025 di Mattei Wines, splendido blend di Malvasia Puntinata e Trebbiano. Solo 3mila bottiglie per un bianco spontaneo, non filtrato, affinato in acciaio. Naso delicato e agrumato; in bocca è pura dinamica: teso, minerale, sapido e con soli 11,5% vol. Una beva contagiosa.
