Japan/Oregon Collaboration Beer Fest ‘Fuji to Hood’ returns to Portland

Featuring: Japan/Oregon Collaboration beers and ciders, a Japanese-American Tabemono (食べ物) Food Festival, and Ichiba (市場) marketplace of craft vendors, and live music and performances from Taiko drummers, Kendo, Judo, and Sumo dojos.  It has been 2 years since the last cross-cultural international beer fest ‘ Fuji to Hood ’ was last held in Portland, Oregon. The Japan and Oregon collaboration brewfest is held biennially, with off years taking place in Tokyo. Fuji to Hood has become a premiere Oregon and Japan beer events with 25 breweries and cideries in each country participating, and around 2,500 attendees expected on July 18th, 2026 at The Redd on Salmon events venue at831 SE Salmon St, Portland, OR 97214. International collaboration festival FUJI TO HOOD is bringing Japanese breweries, cideries, food, arts, music, community, and culture to Portland, Oregon on July 18th, 2026.
