Huentala Wines Celebrates World’s Best Red Wine Title in Mendoza

Mendoza’s wine industry has earned a new milestone on the global stage after Huentala Calizo Albar Block 06 Malbec 2023 was named IWC Champion Red Wine 2026 at the prestigious International Wine Challenge (IWC) in London. The wine, produced by Huentala Wines from grapes grown in the renowned terroir of Gualtallary, Uco Valley, achieved 97 points and emerged as the overall winner following the competition’s final global blind tasting.
