Head Wines Riesling 2025

  Big love for this Eden Valley Riesling! From 1940s planted vines, it's bright, fresh and utterly smashable. Alive with fresh green apples, lime juice and a fine thread of riverstone minerality, I'm infatuated with the chalky and powdery feels that this leaves in its wake. So moreish indeed. A fine sheet of texture adds detail with a little yellow grapefruit tang for good measure.
