EP 36: Lauren Oliver, aka the 'Mash Lass' of Glengoyne Distillery

Our podcast guest is Lauren Oliver. Lauren started working at Glengoyne as a tour guide in 2016. She fell in love with the industry and started studying for her Brewing and Distilling qualifications the following year. Upon gaining her qualification, she spent a few months in the warehousing section and then moved into the still house where she became a Mash house Production Operator AKA "The Mash lass".
