Phamus Wines was founded by Chris Klein and his wife Tandy with their first vintage in 2016. Chris was born in Napa and raised in St. Helena. His family has been involved for many years in the wine industry including an aunt, who worked for Grgich Hills. His parents founded Allora Vineyards, which is where Chris learned winemaking, especially from their winemaker at the time, Rudy Zuidema. Rudy got his first cellar experience at St. Clement Vineyards, where he worked with local winemaker Dennis Johns. All the fruit for Dolum Estates wine is taken from small sub-districts throughout the Napa Valley and Sonoma, including Oakville, the Stags Leap District and a select few others. The power, softness and elegance of our chosen fruit, coupled with Chad Alexander’s winemaking style, results in generous wines with great depth of flavor that are also elegant, multilayered and finely balanced. Traditional winemaking and maturation in French oak have ensured complex, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignons which will reward long-term cellaring. Chad has been producing fabulous wines for a quarter century, helping put Robert Craig and Hess Collection on the map. Then in 2009 he launched a label under his name, sourcing odd lots from various wineries in the area and selling them at ridiculously value prices.

Nottingham Cellars was launched in 2009 by the Cranor Family with the goal to produce world-class, site-driven wines from a handful of local vineyards on the Central Coast. Over the years, Nottingham explored many regions producing small lots of many varieties from a number of sites, along the way dialing in the "house style". After a decade in Livermore, CA, the headquarters moved to Napa to be close to their growing partners as they began to explore Napa Valley and Sonoma County. The team has an affinity for old vines, historic sites and well-known growers, however, the only mandatory criteria to the team is whether or not the wines produced from these sites reflect their varietal and wine-growing origins.
