With our constant filming of winemakers we decided to start a new series, asking female winemakers if they can recall experiences of everyday sexism in the wine world. With our constant filming of winemakers we decided to start a new series, asking female winemakers if they can recall experiences of everyday sexism in the wine world. We have filmed quite a few and today we premiere our first clip with wonderful Jura winemaker Evelyne of La Tournelle (Formally known as Domaine de la Tournelle). She recounts an experience at a tasting that highlights just one experience of everyday sexism in the wine world. This is an important topic in the male-dominated wine world, and it needs to stop.
