Here are the world-class spring wines by Avennia. Today we share the brilliant wines of Avennia — a joint venture between former Microsoft exec Marty Taucher and winemaker Chris Peterson. These wines are incredibly consistent and extremely well-made. They show texture, varietal character and brilliant tension. I have been so impressed with the white wine program and their rose wine that is consistently one of the best you find in the Pacific Northwest. Former DeLille Cellars Winemaker Chris Peterson stands tall at the helm. He is probably best known for his reds, but he has a magnificent touch with his whites.
