The fire started around 9:30pm on the night of October 23rd and as of today is at about 80 percent containment. The fire has burned over 75 thousand acres and destroyed 374 structures, the most prominent one being Soda Rock Winery, a winery that has been around since the 1800s. We talk with owner Ken Wilson about his experience losing one of his wineries while showcasing his resilience and perseverance during this difficult time. Karissa from Sonoma County Wine Growers joins us as well sharing her personal story of losing her home in the 2017 Tubbs fire and highlighting the amazing community we live in.

This past weekend's sold-out Aftershock Festival not only provided an eclectic array of musical offerings on the stage, it also provided an opportunity for fans to engage with some of the non-music creative rock and roll endeavors. More than ever, bands are branching out to get involved in new ventures, many of them in the beverage industry, Slipknot has their No. 9 whiskey, System of a Down bassist Shavo Odadjian was in town for his 22Red cannabis line, next year's headliners were in full feature with their Blackened Whiskey and Enter Night beer collaboration, while present year headliners Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan's Caduceus Cellars Wine from Arizona was also prominently featured. So he applied to become a harvest intern at a winery, he and Lancaster winemaker Dave Drake hit it off now they, along with Ashley, are hitting up as many shows together as they can.
