Give this Spring Sour cocktail a try with Cambridge Gin ✨ You’ll need: 60ml Cambridge Dry Gin 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice 10ml Sauvignon Blanc (we’ve used our Abbesse Sauvignon Blanc) 15ml Sugar Syrup 6 Fresh Mint Leaves 6 Fresh Basil Leaves Instructions: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, then fine strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
