In the 1990s, Jason and his wife Deborah began to travel extensively throughout the major wine regions, visiting almost all the producers they collected and formed lifelong relationships with many of them. They never thought they would sell, and the collection was always carefully looked after as a passion project. However, acquisitions eventually exceeded consumption, and they have decided to share a portion of their collection while maintaining the cellar.
