At the ZONIN1821 tasting in London this Summer, Harpers Editor Andrew Catchpole took the opportunity to sit down with the Zonin winery owner Michele Zonin, as well as winemakers from two of their key estates, Alessandro Gallo from Castello di Albola - Tuscany - and Antonio Cavallo from Masseria Altemura - Apulia - to talk wine and food matching, and how their wines express the terroir of their regions.
